Position Title: Patent Litigation Attorney
Location: Redwood City, CA (SF Bay Area) OR Mclean, VA (Metro DC-Area). This role is primarily onsite.
Salary: $215k-$365k/yr DOE

Position Overview: Highly reputable boutique IP firm is seeking an experienced Patent Litigation Attorney to join our Litigation team. The successful candidate will take on the responsibility of representing the company in legal proceedings related to patent litigation. He or she will protect our interests by preparing and filing legal documents, representing the company in court proceedings, drafting and negotiating licensing agreements, and providing legal advice on patent-related matters.
We offer nearly top of the market compensation and have bonuses & total comp that are typically higher than NYC Cravath. scale. We also don't have any required billables (we don't bill clients by the hour) :)
